New Parts by the Hour (PBH) service for the H125 / H130

Airbus Helicopters’ newly redesigned HCare service offer includes a new Parts by the Hour (PBH) program for H125 and H130 customers with very competitive pricing, no upfront payment for new contracts, and the option of nose-to-tail coverage (known as Full by the Hour or FBH).

This package is the solution of choice for customers who want to plan and control their expenses, reduce their administrative burden, and enhance their fleet availability.


Airbus Helicopters has launched a new service called eTechPub Mobile that allows customers to consult technical publications on a digital tablet. This new solution enables customers to:

  • Access O.R.I.O.N essentials on a tablet (iPad or Windows)

  • Download O.R.I.O.N publications

  • Access interactive documentation anywhere at any time

  • Check and download the latest updates

  • eTechPub Mobile offers customers new and easier ways to organize their maintenance, working from wherever they are -- even directly on their helicopter.

    Technical publications in PDF form or via O.R.I.O.N. can be downloaded on a tablet or a PC for use at a later time in offline mode for situations when there is no internet connection. These consultation modes not only enable customers to carry out their maintenance work in workshops in online mode with the latest up-to-date data, but also to troubleshoot an aircraft in an emergency situation in an area without any internet coverage.

    In addition to offering eTechPub Mobile, Airbus Helicopters has adapted its technical publications to user needs. Improvements include:

  • O.R.I.O.N. is compatible with the web navigators Microsoft Internet Explorer/Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari

  • O.R.I.O.N. Light can be downloaded from Keycopter for all aircraft

  • An “Extract MSM” function is available in O.R.I.O.N. for H125 and H130 aircraft. Customers can create their own inspection from the MSM according to any criteria. Results can be displayed in O.R.I.O.N. or exported to a Microsoft Excel file

    The new Airbus Helicopters comprehensive range of Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) services features packages capable to support any of your mission profiles and any organization type.

    FlyScan proposes three services:

  • Advise: tailored service to support a customer organisation in charge of HUMS monitoring. Airbus Helicopters provides proactive feedback and a weekly review of main components.

  • Supervise:a service for customers without a HUMS team in their organization. Airbus Helicopters manages the various thresholds implemented and closely monitors any event that occurs in the fleet. A simple and regular data transfer is all that is needed for Airbus Helicopters to perform a thorough analysis of your aircraft records

  • Guard: A service well-adapted to operators already managing a HUMS system. Airbus Helicopters brings its expertise to your doorstep, supporting teams to survey their fleets. This package includes a specific HUMS hotline available 24/7, and commits to responding to AOG requests within a few hours

  • The FlyScan new service packages highly contribute to maximizing your operation's efficiency, increasing both fleet availability and flight safety, while reducing the maintenance burden.
