Keycopter is the Airbus Helicopters portal where customers can manage their fleet on the go, 24/7 according to their most specific needs and schedule.


Keycopter has been created to ease the customers’ daily operations and allow them to focus on what really matters: their business.
This customer portal is an innovative online platform for accessing technical publications, placing orders and quotations, managing the fleet data as well as warranty claims, and receiving quick responses to any support and services questions.

Airbus Helicopters’ interactive and customized main e-services include:

  • eSpares: place and track your spare parts orders and quotations, receive availability dates and prices in real time, complete your shopping basket from an excel file or the IPC catalog, and check the progress of your deliveries.

  • eRequests: get immediate responses from Airbus Helicopters experts on any support or service-related question, including your technical requests.

  • eWarranty Claims: send warranty claims in real time to the department concerned and monitor their status throughout the claim procedure, thereby reducing processing times.

  • eTechpub: access the complete range of up-to-date technical documentation, either in PDF format or through Airbus Helicopters’ new interactive online viewer.

  • WebHUMS: monitor and track health and usage for helicopters with an onboard Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS).
